  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a PROGRAMMER MANAGER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name. • Develop and maintain software solutions tailored to manufacturing processes, such as automation systems, ERP integration, and production monitoring tools. • Write, debug, and optimize code in languages • Design, develop, and maintain databases for storing production data. • Integrate machine learning (ML) or AI-driven analytics for predictive maintenance and quality control. • Design and implement scalable software solutions for automation and data management. • maintain intelligent software solutions that enhance factory efficiency by leveraging iSmart Factory methodologies, automation, IoT, and data-driven decision-making. • Work closely with manufacturing, R&D, and IT teams to understand system needs. • Implement version control, CI/CD pipelines, and security protocols. • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as IoT or AI, to optimize manufacturing operations and maintain a competitive edge. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that support manufacturing operations, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements. • Enforce coding standards and best practices for software development. • Plan and allocate development resources for multiple projects. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business needs. • Ensure that all iSmart Factory systems comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and data security protocols. • Identify potential risks in projects or processes and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. • Facilitate ongoing training for team members to keep them updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development. • Supervise a team of programmers and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. • Planning future program activity, including consultations with project sponsors, analysis of requirements, and arranging timeframes. • Collaborate with R&D teams to develop software that supports new manufacturing technologies or enhances existing processes. • Translate business needs into technical specifications. • Suggest and implement improvements in existing software infrastructure. Requirements The required skills for the position PROGRAMMER MANAGER are: Min 5 years’ experience in programmer Strong knowledge of database management, cloud computing, and automation. Adhere to safety and quality policies Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in relevant programming languages. Experience with ERP, MES, and IoT system integrations.
