Operation Manager

Oversee all aspects of the company’s trading operations, including procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers while minimizing costs and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with the procurement team to ensure that stock levels align with sales forecasts and demand. Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives. Conduct training programs for staff to ensure efficient use of systems, policies, and procedures. Develop and implement performance metrics for team members and hold regular performance reviews. Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend changes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity. Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean management and best practice methodologies. Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. Ensure compliance with all trade regulations, including customs, export, and import requirements. Monitor and resolve any supply chain disruptions, addressing issues with suppliers or logistics partners as needed. Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs, delivery times, and quality metrics to ensure budget compliance and operational efficiency. Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational expenses while maintaining high standards of service.
