Responsibilities: • Prepare full sets of accounts and daily operations works of the Finance Department. • Handling & monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable & collections. • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are up to date with complete Information/details & systems comply with the Company’s policies, accounting standard systems comply with Company’s policies. • Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard • Update bank reconciliation weekly, across all company accounts. • Support in month-end close procedure with timely and accurate recording. • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. • Reporting daily reports of Accounting related activities to Finance Manager including Book Keeping. • Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities (BA, TT, IF etc). • To liaise with the auditors, tax agent, bankers, company secretaries and authorities on all finance-related matters • Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time. • Support Finance Manager in various ad-hoc tasks, reporting, analysis & etc. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting / LCCI / Finance/ Accountancy • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Mandarin • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in handling full set of account. • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office/ Word/ Excel/ AutoCount is preferred. • Good organizational skills, willing to learn new concepts and work independently with minimum supervision. • Strong sense of integrity and responsibility and result oriented. • Positive working attitude, motivated & a team player with good interpersonal
