  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Highlights • Great Exposure and Interactive Working Environment • Opportunities for Career Advancement Within the Organization • 5 working days Job Description • Perform outbound calls to notify customers of delinquent accounts regarding outstanding and overdue payment • Explain and clarify with customers non-payment issues. • Follow up calls with customers and issue reminder letters to customers • Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts. • Work with customers to solve payment problems and make workable repayment arrangements. • To plan, formulate and implement collection strategies and action plans • To achieve the recovery’s target set • To assist customers with any existing disputes to enable them to make full settlements. • To be able to analyze accounts logically. • Attend to customer’s request /issues, resolve and respond to it effectively. • Ensure the collection actions are taken within company guideline, collection policies, Fair Debt Collection & etc • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time Requirements • Candidate possesses at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Degree in any field • Experience in collections/customer service/contact centre will be an added advantage • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field is more advantage • Strong persuasive, negotiation and communication skills • Customer-oriented and has good customer service with active listening skills • Possesses strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ability • Computer literates such as Excel and Microsoft Office application • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin . • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive • Good working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and work independently with minimum supervision • Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment • Have own transport • A result-oriented person and able to work under pressure • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
