- Handle and resolve customer feedbacks over counter
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
- Document the details of inquiries, comments and complaints and record actions taken & follow up with Workshop/Estimator teams
- Manage customer dispute and complicated/escalated cases
- To liaise with the workshop departments in ensuring that customers' needs are met; on-time delivery, customer treatment
- To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- To ensure overall customer satisfaction with after-sales service
- Engage and provide advice/resolution to customer
- Handle repeated calls
- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma
- At least 3 years of customer service experience with luxury/high-end goods is preferred
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese will be an added advantage
- Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service
- Team player with strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Computer literate in MS applications
- Well groom and presentable
