Job Overview We are looking for a Reporting Analyst (Resource Management) to support workforce planning and reporting. This role involves data extraction, reporting, and analysis related to resource allocation, utilization, and workforce capacity. Key Responsibilities Workforce Data & Reporting · Extract and compile resource allocation and utilization data. · Maintain and update workforce tracking records to support resource planning. · Assist in preparing reports for HR, Project Managers, and Leadership. HR Systems & Data Management · Work with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR) to pull workforce-related information. · Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all workforce records. Stakeholder Coordination · Collaborate with HR and project teams to align workforce availability with business needs. · Support staffing decisions by providing workforce insights. Required Skills & Experience · 2.5 – 3.5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or HR reporting. · Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS). · Experience in data tracking, workforce planning, and report preparation.
