  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION: LATHE TURNING PRECISION EXPERT CIRCLE SPIN PRECISION ENGINEERING SDN BHD. seeks a LATHE TURNING PRECISION EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop and write CNC programs using G-code and M-code for precision turning operations • Set up CNC lathe machines, including chucking, tool installation, and workpiece alignment • Program and operate multi-axis CNC lathes • Modify or create post-processors for CNC lathes to improve compatibility with CAM software. • Use CAM software for toolpath generation. • Select the correct carbide, HSS, and ceramic cutting tools for various materials. • Implement single-point cutting techniques to achieve tight tolerances. • Utilize conversational programming on CNC controllers • Set and adjust tool offsets, wear compensation, and tool life monitoring. • Work with hard turning techniques for machining hardened materials. • Conduct fine-thread cutting operations using CNC lathe programming. • Utilize polishing and super-finishing techniques to achieve micro-finishes • Perform CMM inspections for precision verification. • Utilize laser scanning and optical measurement systems for high-accuracy checks. • Interpret GD&T symbols for precise machining. • Document machining parameters, inspection results, and deviations for quality assurance. • Optimize tool wear tracking systems to prevent quality defects due to tool degradation. • Implement automated tool wear compensation to extend tool life. • Develop AI-driven process monitoring systems for real-time adjustments. • Utilize high-speed turning techniques to improve productivity. • Integrate robotic automation for part handling and inspection. • Utilize Swiss-type CNC lathes for micro-machining applications. • Design custom workholding fixtures for irregularly shaped components. • Develop custom macros and subprograms to automate repetitive lathe operations. REQUIREMENTS: The required skills for the position LATHE TURNING PRECISION EXPERT are: Min 5 years’ experience Turning Proficiency in G-code & M-code for CNC lathe machines Knowledge of CNC controllers Experience with CAM software Experience with CMM Ability to interpret GD&T Understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 quality standards
