Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Requirement:  Degree in Electrical Engineering.  Min 5-10 years of relevant experience in Electrical design  Minimum 3 years with relevant design experience in HV and LV power distribution, AC/DC Power Supply, Renewable Energy, Lighting, Earthing, Lightning Protection, SCADA, Electrical Machines, etc  Preferred with Industrial buildings and/or data centres experience  Skills on computer simulation software relevant to the engineering design is preferred.  Good understanding and experience working with authorities  Excellent understanding of Code of Practice and local authority submission process  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Ability to engage multi-disciplinary team in mega projects to achieve results for the clients  Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), preferably those registered as Professional Engineer (PE) with Practicing Certificate  Experience in Autocad and BIM will be an added advantage  Experience in Renewable Energy ie., Solar Power will be an added advantage  Required Skill(s): Engineering Design (compulsory) Job Description:  Design experience in HV and LV power distribution, AC/DC power supply, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, SCADA, renewable energy, electrical machines, etc.  Deliver mechanical design in industrial buildings/data centres having clean room, industrial plant, cold/dry room, hoisting system and automated warehouse  Manage the projects to ensure quality work, delivery of projects on time and within budget  Skills on computer simulation software relevant to the engineering design is preferred.  Good understanding and experience working with authorities  Liaise with clients and ensure client’s satisfaction is maintained  Advise engineers on the project administration and contractual issues  Conduct technical discussion on common design problems with engineers  Skills on computer simulation software relevant to the engineering design is preferred.
