What you'll be doing Manage and process customer orders, from initial inquiry to final delivery Assist with the preparation of sales quotes, and other sales-related documents Liaise with internal departments, such as finance and logistics, to coordinate the fulfilment of customer orders Update daily reports & documentation to maintain accurate stock levels of machines, spare parts . Track and update inventory records, and coordinate with HQ for timely restocking. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering strong client relationships Contribute to the development and implementation of sales process improvements Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales team What we're looking for A Diploma in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or customer service role Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
