  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a MOULD DESIGN PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name. • Generate CNC machining programs for mould components using CAM software • Develop electrode designs for EDM processes. • Create precise 3D mould designs using CAD software • Program 5-axis CNC machines for complex mould structures • Develop 2D technical drawings and blueprints for mould components. • Design injection, compression, and blow moulds based on product requirements. • Develop multi-cavity mould designs for high-volume production. • Develop cloud-based mould design repositories for better collaboration • Create G-code and M-code for high-precision machining operations • Implement 3D printing for rapid prototyping of mould components. • Develop smart mould systems with integrated sensors for real-time monitoring. • Work with automation engineers to integrate robotic systems in moulding operations. • Research and implement new software tools for CAD/CAM programming. • Program high-speed milling operations to enhance surface finish. • Utilize IoT data from CNC machines to improve efficiency. • Implement error detection and self-correcting algorithms in machining software. • Create custom CAM templates to standardize manufacturing processes. • Create modular programming frameworks for mould variations. • Automate tolerance analysis to improve dimensional accuracy. • Automate data entry for material consumption and production tracking. • Develop software scripts for seamless integration between CAM and ERP/MES. • Implement real-time monitoring using software to detect machining errors. • Optimize roughing and finishing strategies in CAM programming. • Perform simulation and verification of CAM programs to prevent collisions. • Optimize toolpaths to reduce machining time and improve accuracy.
