The incumbent is responsible for providing support to the Finance Department, perform basic office tasks such as typing, filing, data entry and handling communications with clients, vendors, customers and external agencies. The incumbent will report directly to Finance Manager and work closely with a team of Accounts Assistant and Accounts Executive (or a small team of them), and team members from other departments in the Company. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Issue credit notes, debit notes and perform manual invoice entries. Create and maintain customer information in the system. Manage sales price list / discount model and regularly update respective customers. Prepare gross margin, sales forecast and other type of reports and able to meet deadlines. Liaise with consultants on any finance related issues. Perform monthly physical stock count. Able to meet reporting deadlines on monthly basis. Any other duties as assigned by AVP, Financial Controller, Malaysia & Brunei and/or AVP Business Operations – EM and/or by authorized personnel. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: Education: A Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Accounting / Finance or other related discipline from a recognised institution. Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant working experience in the accounting field. License/s: N/A Other Requirements: Responsible and teamwork Committed and discipline Integrity and honest Detail oriented and thorough Language skills: Required: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
