Daily Responsibilities: • Staff Management: Ensure staffing schedules, monitor attendance, attire, and share sales updates. Conduct briefings on product knowledge and customer feedback. • Paperwork: Create daily work schedules (DWS) and submit for approval, ensure store cleanliness and compliance with DWS. • Sales Area Management: Maintain cleanliness, improve displays, and ensure proper equipment condition. • Ordering & Inventory: Check and approve daily stock requests, monitor stock levels, and manage POP (Price Of Promotion) and price card updates. • Merchandise Management: Ensure production levels, prepare sushi assortments, and maintain display readiness. • Non-Merchandise Management: Ensure equipment and store maintenance. • Backroom Management: Monitor price alterations, stock receiving, and merchandise quality control. Weekly Responsibilities: • Promotion Plan: Check execution of promotion plans, stock volume, and setup before and after operations. • Ordering & Stock Management: Confirm weekly production and maintain stock. • Office Management: Prepare sales and promotion reports. Monthly Responsibilities: • Scheduling: Plan department and promoter schedules, and stock take manpower planning. • OKR: Prepare and monitor OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) progress. • Office Management: File and organize monthly reports, sales budgets, and reviews. • Promotion Plan: Plan and schedule promotions, including setup and staff coordination. • Meetings: Attend department and merchandiser meetings, and conduct staff meetings. Additional Duties: • Perform other tasks as assigned by management based on business needs. Requirements, Qualifications, and Education: • Education & Experience: o Degree/Diploma in any field. o 2-3 years of experience in retail operations management or a related field. • Computer Skills: o Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams. • Language Skills: o Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Working Environment: o Ability to work shifts, including off days, rest days, and public holidays.
