• To perform customer service duties. • To issue work permit. • To assist Management in daily operations of the shopping mall which include upkeep / maintenance, security, cleanliness & car park management. • To assist and liaise with the tenant on the house rules of Metro Point Complex. • To conduct inspections of the shop lot premises. • To report to Management for any defect detected or repair need to be carried out. • Coordinated and liaise with local authorities, consultants, contractors and etc to ensure smooth operation of the Complex. • To assist Management during the renovation and reinstatement of shop lots. • To assist in monthly records of Electricity and Water of tenants submitted on time. • To ensure the timely submission of the air-conditioning maintenance service report by tenant. • To prepare and consolidate the invoice and supporting documentation for payment processing. • To assist in submitting all daily, weekly and monthly records to Management on time. • To contact the service contractor when necessary if any defects is identified. • To accept and complete jobs or other assignments instructed by the Management. • To ensure all complaints on the Complex are being keep track and updated to Management
