Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven CRM & Campaign Manager to lead our member retention and reactivation initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement, reactivate inactive members, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience in data-driven segmentation, and a passion for leveraging insights to optimize customer journeys and win-back strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Member Reactivation & Retention Strategy

  • Develop and implement targeted reactivation campaigns to re-engage lapsed members and encourage repeat transactions.

  • Identify key drop-off points in the customer journey and implement lifecycle nurture campaigns to reduce churn.

  • Leverage CLTV modeling and behavioral analytics to refine engagement strategies and improve retention rates.

  • Work closely with data teams to segment high-potential members and create dynamic, personalized retention strategies.


2. Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Design, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app, WhatsApp) to drive engagement and reactivation.

  • Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and segment customer data for hyper-personalized targeting.

  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to refine campaign effectiveness and drive higher engagement.

  • Optimize member journeys using automation and AI-driven personalization.


3. Pre- & Post-Campaign Analysis

  • Conduct pre-campaign analysis, including audience sizing, segmentation, and performance forecasting.

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using SQL, Google Analytics, and BI tools.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and retention KPIs.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to continuously optimize engagement efforts.


4. CRM Platform & Data Management

  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure best practices in campaign execution.

  • Maintain and improve data hygiene and segmentation accuracy within CRM platforms.

  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to enhance CRM infrastructure and data accessibility for marketing campaigns.


5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Marketing Calendar

  • Align CRM and reactivation campaigns with broader business goals and marketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with commercial, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Manage the marketing calendar for retention and reactivation efforts across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management, with a strong focus on reactivation and retention.

  • Proficiency in SQL for customer segmentation, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Iterable).

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in pre- and post-campaign analysis and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience in managing CLTV growth strategies, segmentation models, and automated customer journeys.

  • Expertise in A/B testing, personalization, and behavioral-driven engagement strategies.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and prioritize campaigns effectively.


Preferred:

  • Experience in loyalty, fintech, e-commerce, or travel industries.
