Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative at Bintara Solutions Sdn Bhd is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting Bintara’s technology solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve growth objectives. This position is key to supporting Bintara’s mission of delivering high-value technology solutions and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Actively source and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and expand the sales pipeline.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to offer relevant solutions from Bintara’s portfolio.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and values to prospective clients, building trust and demonstrating Bintara’s value proposition.

3. Sales Process Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations to support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Track progress against sales targets and work proactively to meet individual and team goals.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Share market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.

5. Continuous Learning & Development:

  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales best practices.
  • Attend training sessions and contribute to team knowledge sharing, supporting the overall development of Bintara’s sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • SPM/STPM or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with social media for lead generation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of technology solutions in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and techniques, including consultative selling and relationship building.
  • A proactive attitude, driven by results, and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
