Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our thriving team! You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our daily operations by providing exceptional administrative and clerical support.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support: Provide comprehensive support across all general administrative functions, ensuring smooth workflow.

Procurement pro: Prepare purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), quotations, and costing reports. Respond to inquiries from relevant personnel regarding these documents.

Efficiency Expert: Execute day-to-day functions effectively and efficiently to streamline our workflow.

Master of organization: Maintain filing systems, prepare documents, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Communication hub: Answer phones and emails professionally, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Supplier and subcontractor liaison: Coordinate deliveries, handle communication, and resolve any arising issues.

Adaptable and proactive: Take initiative with ad-hoc tasks and readily assist with any additional needs that come up.

Qualification:

Minimum SPM and above: Proven typing speed (60+ WPM) and accuracy are essential.

Experience matters: Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.

Communication is key: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must, while Mandarin is an added advantage.

Tech-savvy: Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office is required.

Independent and reliable: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is crucial.

Immediate start preferred: We're looking for someone who can join our team right away!
