Job Description

  • Supervision of Value Stream Logistics Planning (LOP) functions.
  • Monitors relevant KPIs on operative level; defines, initiate, and manages relevant processes.
  • Escalation level in terms of supplier bottleneck and allocation management.
  • Work with suppliers, purchasing function and other relevant departments to overcome any supply challenges which may impact on business operations.
  • Drives for automatization, digitalization, and standardization in all areas of customer order management, material and production planning.
  • Improves transparency of volume development and capacity planning for entire plant to make logistics and manufacturing area more resilient of internal and external impacts.
  • Acts as connection bridge across function within the supply chain (e.g., LOM, LOI, PPU, PUQ) to drive for holistic operative excellence in the logistics area.
  • Maintains and fosters a close exchange with the logistics community across plants, business units and division for effective alignments and best practice sharing.
  • Leads and participate actively in Bosch Production System (BPS) related activities.
  • Ability of both definition of future vision and implementation accordingly.
  • Support and prepare management reporting as and when necessary.
  • Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Logistics/Supply Chain Management with minimum 6 years related experience in supply chain management and at least three years leadership experience.
  • Profound logistics understanding including Material Requirement Planning and physical material flow.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate to all levels of management, and cross functionally with business partners.
  • Strong leadership skills and effective coordination internally and externally business partners to achieve work result.
  • Leadership driven by positivity, openness, and trust.
  • Good coaching abilities.
  • Managing complexity, holistic and strategic thinking.
  • High analytical skills, process-thinking, result- and solution-oriented.
  • Meticulous, motivated, self-starter, ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Be flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.
