Job Description:

  • To be responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administrative related activities.
  • To provide support and input to the recruitment cycle, including processing applications, assessment and selection, and the onboarding and induction of new staff.
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing.
  • Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform office administration tasks.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Preferably Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience with knowledge of the Employment Act and other relevant statutory regulations.
  • Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
