  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our remote team. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and tracking targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales coordinator or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
