JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for timely collection and delivery of cargoes.
Should take note for any damage or abnoemalities found during loading / unloading.
Responsible for the safety of the cargo e.g proper lashing and belting, covered with canvas.
Regular check on the vehicles.
Responsible to maintain the lorry in good condition and cleanliness at all time.
Obey the highway code and the rules and regulations at the company's premises.
Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/and comply with the company's rules and regulations.
Perform clerical duties to manage transportation activities.
Process, prepare and verify all inbound and outbound shipment documents.
Supervise loading and unloading operations at a transportation or shipment yard.
Inspect and check the condition of all goods, items and products.

Requirements:

Qualification SPM / Diploma
Basic knowledge of transportation and routing
Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisor with other duties as required
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Time management and organizational skills.
Able to work independently, multitask and ad-hock task when required
