  • Increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement to boost online sales by creating, scheduling, and launching targeted promotional campaigns on Shopee and Lazada, including setting up ad budgets and monitoring initial ad performance
  • Develop and test different ad creatives and copy variations, then adjust campaigns based on immediate feedback from platform analytics.
  • Regularly review and refresh the online store’s layout and design elements to keep it engaging and aligned with current promotions.
  • Update product listings with high-quality images, optimized descriptions, and accurate pricing on Shopee and Lazada.
  • Implement and manage SEO and PPC ad campaigns, adjusting keywords and bids to attract more visitors to the e-commerce site.
  • Monitor key metrics on Google Analytics and Shopee/Lazada dashboards (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions) and compile daily performance snapshots.
  • Work with the design team to review and approve digital marketing assets (e.g., banners, social media graphics) and ensure they meet brand guidelines.
  • Create creative marketing content and update the brand website, and social media platforms to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Monitor and ensure each online advertising (adv-set) performs well and generates a good return on investment.
  • Prepare Digital/Online Advertisement Performance Report to Management every week.
  • Work alongside with Marketing/Brand and Product team to plan, propose, execute, and monitor the online promotion calendar in synergy with offline promotion.
  • Execute design templates through Canva and/or collaborate with the designer for digital marketing assets creation to improve user experience and engagement where needed.
  • Monitor ongoing brand presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc. )
  • Track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.) and create timely reports across the digital portfolio.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels with day-to-day responsibility for the company's CRM system (database management).
  • Monitor marketing and social media programs, and activities over digital platforms.
  • Monitor competitor social media, websites, and email newsletters and keep On file best practices.
  • Assist where required over event weekends for social media broadcast, to execute social media implementation and manage responses.
  • Work across the marketing /retail team to ensure all events & activities are in line with digital platforms.

· Online community management and support online comments, feedback, and inquiries promptly along with the social media team.

  • Assist and coordinate campaign shoots as required by the marketing team.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
