Employee Recruitment & Selection

  • Develop sourcing channels, coordinate / participate in recruitment activities such as Job Career Fairs, Campus Career Fair/Talk, internal and external job posting.
  • Lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment from requisition to placement and on-boarding.

HR Policies and Procedures

  • To craft new and refine on existing Policies and Procedures to guide and govern all HR related administrative works in promoting efficiency and effectiveness and in compliance with the latest developments in the HR domain.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Oversee the functions of C&B to ensure that payroll and benefits are rolled out accurately and on time.

Talent Development

  • Undertake the Learning and Development (L&D) role by organising internal and external learning and development activities and programmes, with a view to nurturing a learning people-centric culture.

Employment Laws and Compliance

  • To be the subject matter expert in employment related laws and to ensure full compliance of the applicable laws in all HRM matters.

Employee Engagement

  • To help our company deliver incredible results and become an irresistible organisation by inculcating a culture of passion, contribution and agility.

Organisational Design / Workforce Planning

  • To assist the Management in designing an agile organisation structure that is optimised for performance in the current business context and to promote proper manpower planning for effective recruitment strategizing.

Succession Planning/Management

  • To build a clear and robust succession planning process that identifies and develops key talents to assume future leadership positions in line with organisational goals and objectives.

Performance Management

  • To facilitate the rollout of the virtual Performance Management System and to explain and train employees on the system where necessary.

Others

  • To assist in any other ad-hoc assignments and/or job requirements as may be instructed by the superior(s) at any time and from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
