Job Description:
- To develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's goals and workforce.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Lead the selection process, including resume screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best-fit candidates are identified.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, industry, networks, and referrals.
- Create compelling job postings and manage advertising campaigns to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Implement tools and methodologies to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
- Track and analyse recruitment data, evaluate recruitment performance, and develop improvement plans.
- Enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
- Monitor all recruitment process and ensure adherence to local, state and federal regulations, as well as internal hiring policies and procedures.
- Responsible for candidate screening and evaluation and by developing and administer assessment tools to evaluate candidate capabilities.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR capacity within the corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
- Strong Interpersonal Skill.
