FIJO IMAGING ENTERTAINMENT' is seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor Outlet IPOH to join our team in Ipoh Perak. As a Supervisor Outlet IPOH, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company within the retail and consumer products industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and managing the store team, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensuring efficient and effective store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Driving sales and meeting or exceeding targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards
  • Collaborating with the regional management team to implement company policies and initiatives
  • Generating and analysing store performance reports to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising, and visual display best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
