Job Description
- Assist the Admin & HR Manager in handling full spectrum of HR matters and daily office administration.
- Assist in recruitment process including job positing, shortlisting candidate, arranging interview, etc.
- Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other employment related letter.
- Conduct orientation briefing for new staff
- Attend to matters related to employee relations, discipline and grievances.
- Perform timely and accurate payroll processing
- Prepare statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB in accordance with the statutory requirements
- Assist in ISO & Anti Bribery Management System (ABMS) documentations and related matters.
- Monitor HRD Corp training grant application and maintain up to date employee training records
- Ensure timely year end reporting and preparation of staffs EA.
- Responsible for yearly update of staff information
- Maintain up to date data in personal files and ensure an appropriate filing system for easy retrieval
- Assist the Admin & HR Manager in ad hoc projects assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Ádministration or other related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or with few years of relevant working experience
- Computer literate and proficient in MS office especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
