- Process and file customer invoices and delivery orders (DO)

- Receive and check incoming materials (SPARE PARTS)

- Ensure the proper documentation & filing

- Preparing the report to the management

- Taking care of the office stationery

-Other ad hoc task as assign from the superior

- Min SPM/ Diploma / Degree in any discipline

Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
  • Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in SQL or similar accounting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
