- Ensure the proper documentation & filing
- Preparing the report to the management
- Taking care of the office stationery

- Min SPM/ Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in SQL or similar accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
