  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing daily Logistic & Warehouse operations to ensure day-to-day operational activities are carried out systematically & smoothly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possesses at least a Diploma in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management related fields.
  • Possesses at least 3 – 5 years of working experiences in supply chain industry with holding a Logistic & Warehouse management role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and logistics
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technology/system.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment
  • Character: Strong leadership and organizational skills, strong problem solving and decision-making skills, an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrate an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the warehouse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • To assist Supply Chain manager in delivering consistent performance. Supervising, leading and motivating a group of warehouse staff to meet performance KPI goals and ISO standards established for the job.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, retrieval and distribution of goods
  • Handle and maintain an efficient distribution system to ensure on time deliveries, monitoring for timely delivery of goods, introduction of proactive changes and systematic procedures to achieve high accuracy of all transaction and inventory control.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotations, and ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
  • Coordinate and implement regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure good 5S housekeeping in place, and all material movements established to meet smooth inventory flow / FIFO flow in the warehousing area.
  • Assist with the development of processes to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve warehouse and material-related issues
  • Perform tasks assigned by manager within estimated cycle time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Supports continuous improvement programs, utilizes company tools to diagnose opportunities and develop actions plan to improve performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
