
Command Centre Governance Specialist

Experience: · Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in incident management, with at least 3 years in a governance role. · Proven experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in a telco environment. · Strong IT service management background, focusing on incident and problem management. · Experience in leading and managing crisis and major incidents.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
