Duties and Responsibilities

Market Research and Strategy Development

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital transformation needs.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint in the energy sector.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the oil and gas industry, including C-level executives.
  • Lead sales presentations, negotiate high-value contracts, and close deals with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Foster long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and establish partnerships with leading technology providers and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate to deliver innovative digital solutions tailored to the energy sector's needs.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets through proactive lead generation and opportunity conversion.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to align efforts with market strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 15 years of proven success in business development, sales, or relationship

management, specifically within the energy sector.

  • Extensive network and strong reputation in Malaysia's oil and gas industry.
  • Experience promoting and selling digital solutions in the energy space.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior

leaders.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for pipeline management and performance

tracking.

  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend key industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
