Duties and Responsibilities
Market Research and Strategy Development
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital transformation needs.
- Develop strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint in the energy sector.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the oil and gas industry, including C-level executives.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiate high-value contracts, and close deals with a focus on digital solutions.
- Foster long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and establish partnerships with leading technology providers and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate to deliver innovative digital solutions tailored to the energy sector's needs.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets through proactive lead generation and opportunity conversion.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to align efforts with market strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to refine the product roadmap and improve market offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of proven success in business development, sales, or relationship
management, specifically within the energy sector.
- Extensive network and strong reputation in Malaysia's oil and gas industry.
- Experience promoting and selling digital solutions in the energy space.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior
leaders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for pipeline management and performance
tracking.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend key industry events.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
