Executive, Talent Acquisition (Contract)

Reports To:
Senior Manager, Effectiveness & Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose:
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process for MAG and its subsidiaries in
compliance with established recruitment policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process with HC Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and
other relevant stakeholders within the set SLA.
  • Support the execution of both mass and individual sourcing and recruitment activities based on the
strategy set by the organisation.
  • Receive and review applications, creating a shortlist of candidates.
  • Plan and coordinate interview sessions with relevant HC Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
  • Prepare salary proposals for candidates and check references of external candidates to confirm
suitability.
  • Update the HRIS with candidates' data throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruitment
drives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top
talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality
candidates.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
