  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Responsible to ensure the low voltage (LV) room, switchboards, standard electrical equipment and machines are in good working condition including periodic inspection of the assigned properties.
  • Carry out inspections on the checklist for the HT room and testing of the Generator set
  • Carry out analysis to ensure continuous electrical supply to the building and to minimize breakdown
  • Assist to carry repair and service electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Able to troubleshoot the causes of electrical or machinery breakdown or failure
  • Ensure new installations and maintances are safe, correct and proper
  • Supervise monthly Visiting Engineer during the inspection of electrical equipment
  • Monitor execution by contractors/ vendors appointed and ensure the works are in accordance with terms and conditions specified in the purchased order issued/ services and contract agreement
  • To provide technical service, maintenance work and trouble-shooting in the facility
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
  • Must standby for off hours emergencies

Requirements

  • Professional/ Technical Certificate, Diploma in Vocational/ Higher Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification
  • Certified as minimum A4 chargeman by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  • Competent with the usage of various types of building equipment and has sufficient knowledge to fix and operate without danger
  • At least 2-3 years of related working experience in facility management Industry
  • Good proficiency in English, Bahasa, Mandarin and Tamil (speak, read and write)
  • Possess good technical knowledge and problem solving skills
  • Responsible, independent, attention to detail and result orientation
  • Possess strong mechanical and electrical background
  • Possess driving license and able to travel when require
  • Able to carryout general repairs and emergency repairs and maintenance
