Job Description
- Oversee and lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits Management, Foreign Affairs, and Employee & Labor Relations.
- Provide guidance and support to management on disciplinary matters, employee transfers, terminations, and other employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Administer and oversee human resource policies, procedures, and programs, while designing and managing the Annual Performance Appraisal and Promotion Appraisal frameworks.
- Monitor and control employee benefits utilization, including overtime, wages, allowances, leave, and staff medical benefits, in accordance with HR policies and guidelines.
- Strategize and manage the recruitment and employment processes for foreign workers and expatriates to ensure timely and efficient workforce acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong networks and partnerships with recruitment agencies and government bodies to sustain a steady manpower supply.
- Lead company-wide training and development initiatives by conducting training needs analysis, designing and evaluating annual training plans, and assessing training programs.
- Collaborate and coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless and efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in manufacturing side with overall HR experience, handling C&B, Recruitment & Hiring.
- Able to think independently & work closer with China HQ.
- Experience in manufacturing industry, dealing with 1000 headcounts
