Summary
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Duty Manager is responsible to assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Office at the hotel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office in an international luxury hotel.
- Well-developed communication, customer relations skills and good command in Opera are required.
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
