  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Long Description

SAP Production Planning Functional Consultant

  • Hold discussions regarding business blueprint workshops and discussion for the Production Planning business processes.
  • Work out detailed design and complete solution based on blueprint documents
  • Draft Functional specifications and Functional Design Documents for Business
  • Build Processes and Configurations, and guide ABAP developers to develop WRICEF enhancements for the production processes.
  • Conduct Data Migration of the master and transactional data for the PP Stream
  • Set up PP master data, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers/ resources, Planned order management; planning and optimization
  • Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the areas of SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Execution
  • Understanding MRP and other planning parameters (Safety stock, min max replenishment, reorder point, etc.) is a MUST
  • In-depth knowledge to SAP – MES (Manufacturing Execution system) interfaces and able to troubleshoot IDOC processing failures
  • Understand Kanban & JIT processes
  • Knowledge with Integrated PP & MM in goods movement, back flushing, automatic goods receipt, STO process, reservations, production order
  • Hands on experience developing LSMW and managing data load activities
  • Cut over activities and post go-live support experience

Requirements

  • 5-8 years with SAP Production Planning (PP) demonstrated hands on experience in design, configuration and implementation
  • Having at least two end to end implementation projects.
  • Good understanding of the ASAP Methodology and worked on project implemented with ASAP methodology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and able to work independently to resolve issues
  • Strong sense of ownership and would respect and commit to deadlines
  • Team player with capability of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Must understand deliverables related to a project lifecycle
  • Must be able to create and/or review PP Functional Design Specifications
  • Must be able to create and execute test plans related to SAP PP processes
  • Must be able to create and execute cut-over and hyper care production support independently for PP and integrated modules
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry a plus
