"Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate programs and activities in alignment with the mission and goals of our organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing new programs, managing long-term goals, and ensuring the successful delivery of services within budgetary constraints. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to oversee a diverse team and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • superior governance on the E2E SAP Implementation programs and activities in line with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Front end workhops, be focal point of business . and Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Create and manage long-term goals for program success.
  • Develop budgets and operating plans for programs, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Establish evaluation methods to assess program strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Write program funding proposals to secure resources for uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Manage a diverse team, ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
  • Implement changes and interventions as needed to achieve project goals.
  • Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle, analyzing risks and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on program strategy and implementation.
  • Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for project presentations, effectively preparing, designing, and presenting program matters.

Required Skills:
  • Automotive domain experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to read / Write / Speak Mandarin language is desired
  • minimum 10-12 years of experience in SAP Implementation's while projects minimum 3 years of ERP project experience with 3+ in testing and cutover leadership roles
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, especially in SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Experience with S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations a plus
  • Experience developing and executing cutover and testing strategies in complex environments
  • Exceptional project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail)
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Outstanding understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Proficiency in project and program management methodologies and techniques.
  • Understanding of wider program objectives and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in program management.
  • Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
  • Ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for project presentations.
