  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the PSS on customer development and customer retention by delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide demonstration of usage of products to the customers / potential customers.
  • Communicate to customers on new information related to products.
  • Promote to customers to increase or expand the usage of products.
  • Pass on sales leads and competitive activity / threats to PSS for further follow-up.
  • Participate in medical workshops / trade exhibition.
  • Conduct installation, testing and commissioning of products.
  • Conduct periodic and refresher post-sales product training to operator / end users.
  • Conduct seminar and education programs to the customers.
  • Primary point of contact on technical related matters and collaborate closely with principal support and engineer or third-party technical service provider).
  • Ensure proper installation, testing and commissioning of equipment.
  • Attend to customer’s complaint promptly (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Provide Level 1 technical support and problem troubleshooting to customers.
  • Escalation of unresolved problems to Level 2 support at principal partners and follow up closely till open cases are completely resolved and close cases. Keep customers informed on progress of investigation.
  • Provide periodic software upgrade and plan preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Make proposal for service contract to customers.
  • Maintain proper records of case reports and instruments.
  • Lead the initiative to engage with customers on FSN / FCA matters and work closely with QA manager.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Bio-technology / Medical Laboratory Technology / Nursing or any other medical / science related field of study.
  • Strong interest and passion in sales. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to perform the job.
  • Good communication and persuasive presentation skills with the ability to train others effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and detail oriented with good time management skills.
  • Able to travel to attend to customers more than 50% of the time

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
