Job Responsibilities:

Contractual Management:

  • To prepare monthly trades and subcontract work payment checklist.
  • Ensure all necessary signatures and approval are obtained for contracts.
  • To assist in arranging and conducting site evaluations with the Consultant and to assist in the preparation of progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for the assigned task.
  • Comply with ISO Integrated Management System requirements (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)

Procurement Management:

  • Ensure accuracy of matching DO and invoice, and ERP inputs.
  • To source, prepare cost comparison, negotiate with suppliers / sub-contractor.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract and procurement files and records.
  • Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract and procurement process.
  • Manage the receipt and organization of subcontractors' progress claims, supplier delivery orders and invoices.
  • Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess an understanding of the Construction / Property Development industry, subcontracting, pricing, materials, and the ability to read drawings.
  • Experience in tendering would be an added value.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision, highly self-motivated, and is a good team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
