Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the calendar of academic staff, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Academic Office and university departments, students, and external contacts.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with event planning, such as conferences, seminars, and departmental functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
