Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the calendar of academic staff, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between the Academic Office and university departments, students, and external contacts.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with event planning, such as conferences, seminars, and departmental functions.
- Handle general office tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Academic Office’s objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
