KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain and update purchasing records accordingly
- Manage inventory levels of materials or products
- Follow up on delivery of the purchased items
- Sourcing and acquiring goods, services and materials upon requisition
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Liaise between departments and provide clerical support when necessary
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Speak fluently with good writing skill in English
- Pro-active and highly resourceful
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Good team player, friendly and energetic
- Good customer service.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Heights
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
