Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update customer data, ensuring consistency and precision across databases
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide timely resolutions to customer concerns, escalating when necessary
- Maintain and organize customer records and data, ensuring up-to-date information
- Process orders, requests, and feedback, ensuring a smooth workflow for the team
- Assist with product/service information and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Prepare reports, data analysis, and maintain logs for customer service performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service (preferably in a similar industry)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
