  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our team! If you have experience handling full set accounts and are eager to grow in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing full set accounts, including AP, AR, and GL
  • Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and transactions efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Work closely with internal teams and external auditors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling full set accounts
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work on-site in Bangsar
