Position Overview:

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Level 1 Customer Support Specialist to provide first line assistance to clients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish (written and spoken), able to communicate effectively in English with internal teams and L3 engineers, and experienced with customer support tools like JIRA.

Job Description:

  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via chat and email, ensuring timely and professional assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to products and services.
  • Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to L2 or technical teams with clear documentation.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with L2, L3 engineers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to FAQs and support documentation updates.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights to improve support processes and user experience.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Related to this field (at least Diploma)
  • Fluent in South American Spanish (written and spoken) with strong English communication for internal coordination.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role for technical, software or IT services
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using ticket-based customer support tools like Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Hubspot, Freshdesk and Jira

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
