  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source and manage vendors and suppliers for event needs (fabrication, AV, logistics, etc.)
  • Oversee setup, execution, and teardown of event installations
  • Ensure production timelines and deliverables are met
  • Conduct site visits and quality checks
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on creative and technical expectations
  • Support budgeting through quotation sourcing and cost tracking
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-ground during event periods

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in event production or related fields
  • Strong coordination and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours (weekends, late nights)
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Having own transport
