Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will be responsible for client servicing, project planning, budgeting, and executing event campaigns from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement effective event strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and execute events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
  • Create and oversee event budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to deliver high-quality events.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and post-event reports.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in event management, client servicing, or project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and project coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Knowledge of event production and logistics is advantageous.
  • A proactive team player capable of working independently.
