Responsibilities
1. Account:
- Prepare account reports and submit to Chief Financial Officer.
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare budgets and reports.
- Prepare, send, and file invoices and complete purchase orders.
- Prepare payment to suppliers and contractors according to payment term.
- Follow-up and collect payment from customers according to payment term.
- Manage accounts and tax returns.
2. Admin:
- Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries.
- Keep track of and maintain company assets and infrastructures; maintain office environment.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements for management and employees.
3. Performance Management:
- Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.
- Prepare and submit performance management reports to Chief Financial Officer.
- Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.
4. Quality Management System:
- Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.
- Implement improvement in Finance & Account department.
- Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties’ requirements.
- Ensure proper document and record keeping in Finance & Account department.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Accounting /LCCI
Experience
- At least 1 years of experience in bookkeeping
- At least 1 years of experience in admin
