Admin Executive (Specialize in Purchasing / Credit Control)
1) Liaise with supplier on delivery schedule so as to ensure on timely deliveries.
2) Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
3) Maintain proper sales & purchases records and reports.
4) Provide support to sales and finance department.
5) Manage purchases based on customers’ orders.
6) Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1) Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in purchasing, business, supply chain or equivalent work experience.
2) Knowledge of and experience with procurement.
3) General computer skills.
4) The ability to work well independently.
5) Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
6) Materials ordering and delivery control
7) Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin language (to deal with business counterparts)
Job Type: Full-time
