  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quality calling on written-off accounts to negotiate for full settlement or offer settlement

schemes.

  • Contact written-off customers to obtain information about untraceable vehicles, and

persuade customers to surrender the vehicles voluntarily.

  • Coordinate with repossessors to take proactive action in repossession and disposal of

untraceable vehicles.

  • Monitor repayment of customers enrolled in existing settlement schemes and follow up

to ensure timely payments. Manage inbound inquiries related to written-off accounts.

  • Provide recommendations for feasible legal actions and participate in the execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the

entire recovery process

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration/ Banking/

Finance/ or relevant working experience will be considered

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of related experience in banking and finance.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ad hoc travelling is required as part of the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
