Responsibilities
- Analyse, design, and implement SAP solutions to optimize and streamline the business processes. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in finance functions.
- Assist with requirements gathering, the design and implementation of financial reporting structures in SAP to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and drive the development of meaningful financial reports
- Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions for Global Template design and roll-out.
- Configure SAP Financial modules to align with organizational requirements, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Adopt clean core approach leveraging SAP BTP and non-SAP applications
- Lead customization efforts to address unique business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to understand business requirements and ensure SAP solutions align with organizational goals
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements
- Also, worked with integrations across systems for Planning, Reporting, and other business systems
- Training and Documentation:
o Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
- Stay informed about SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements
- Proactively identify areas for enhancement in the Record-to-Report cycle and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements
- 5-8+ years extensive experience in SAP FICO implementation and consulting experience
- Proven experience on stakeholder management working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership attribute with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent project and risk management and analytical problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the ASAP Methodology and worked on project
- Implementation experience with ASAP methodology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and able to work independently to resolve issues
- Strong sense of ownership and would respect and commit to deadlines
- Team player with capability of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Prior experience in the automotive industry a plus
