Job Title: Testing & Cutover Manager
Location: Subang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia / Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Testing & Cutover Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of system testing and cutover activities across ERP projects. This role ensures smooth transitions from legacy systems to new ERP environments by managing risk, readiness, and quality at every step of the transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing Management:
- Develop and manage the end-to-end testing strategy (unit, integration, system, UAT)
- Define testing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure complete test coverage
- Manage defect triage and resolution processes
- Ensure test environments and data are available and aligned with project needs
- Lead UAT planning, communications and support business users during execution
Cutover Management:
- Develop detailed cutover strategy and runbooks in alignment with deployment timelines
- Coordinate with workstream leads, business users, and IT teams to define cutover tasks
- Manage cutover rehearsals (mock runs), ensuring readiness for go-live
- Identify and mitigate risks related to downtime, data migration, and business continuity
- Develop hypercare planning and transition to post-go-live support
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ERP project experience with 3+ in testing and cutover leadership roles
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, especially in SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Experience with S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations a plus
- Experience developing and executing cutover and testing strategies in complex environments
- Exceptional project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- ITIL or PMP/Prince2 certification a plus
