Job Responsibilities:
- Track and update tenancy renewals, expirations, and terminations using the tenancy aging report.
- Communicate with landlords regarding new tenancies, renewals, or terminations based on management instructions.
- Prepare and organize documentation for new tenancies and renewals, including payment forms, company document requisitions, offer letters, and tenancy agreements.
- Provide monthly updates on showroom listings to management.
- Coordinate with landlords to arrange deposit refunds after showroom closure.
- Draft various correspondence such as Letters of Intent for Renewal, Letters of Non-Renewal, etc.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing both hardcopy and digital documents within a systematic filing system for easy access.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Candidate must Possesses at least Diploma
- At least 1 (years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Experience with lead generation and prospects management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal oriented.
- Possesses an energetic and friendly.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work independently on active member in a team.
