Job Responsibilities:

  • Track and update tenancy renewals, expirations, and terminations using the tenancy aging report.
  • Communicate with landlords regarding new tenancies, renewals, or terminations based on management instructions.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for new tenancies and renewals, including payment forms, company document requisitions, offer letters, and tenancy agreements.
  • Provide monthly updates on showroom listings to management.
  • Coordinate with landlords to arrange deposit refunds after showroom closure.
  • Draft various correspondence such as Letters of Intent for Renewal, Letters of Non-Renewal, etc.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing both hardcopy and digital documents within a systematic filing system for easy access.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage

  • Candidate must Possesses at least Diploma
  • At least 1 (years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience with lead generation and prospects management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal oriented.
  • Possesses an energetic and friendly.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently on active member in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
